(Project 2013 - 001) A New Journeyby ~Snoffy

So today I start my a-photo-per-every-day challenge

I really considered a photo of some firework or any happy new year stuff, but they weren't really not as good as I had planned them to be

So, instead, I took this picture today on January 1st.
- It's shoes.... If you didn't notice

Well I chose this picture, because my Converse shoes were so worn. In the start I thought: "oh, what a shame, I can't use these...." But then I realized, what could symbolize a long journey more than these? I've walked miles with these shoes, and they really have served me well (at least on sunny days).

2013 is, for me, a kind of new a journey, a new adventure, a new start, and I am excited as to which new journeys are waiting for me ahead.
And for now, I'm just happy for the steps I've walked in 2012.... Happy new year
